Recent work

Power, light and charging planned into real homes.

Four jobs that show how we scope, price and finish. Each one lists what the customer came to us with and what they ended up with.

Townhouse lighting reset

Zurenborg, Antwerp · restored living floor

The problem

One ceiling rose per room, a dimmer that hummed, and a living floor that was unusable for reading after dark.

What we did

New circuits run above the restored ceiling, layered lighting across three zones, and control points placed at the doors people actually use.

The result

The room now has a reading setting, a dining setting and a low evening setting, all on ordinary-looking switches.

Two-car charging in a shared garage

Berchem · shared domestic garage, two households

The problem

Two families, two cars, one supply that could not carry both charging at full speed alongside the rest of the building.

What we did

Load-managed installation with two 7.4 kW points that share available capacity automatically, plus separate metering so each household pays for its own use.

The result

Both cars charge overnight without a supply upgrade, which was the option that had been quoted elsewhere.

Kitchen electrical plan

Brasschaat · full kitchen replacement

The problem

A new kitchen ordered before anyone had checked whether the circuits could carry an induction hob and an oven.

What we did

Load assessment, a dedicated hob circuit, appliance circuits sequenced with the fitter, and task lighting set out before the cabinets were delivered.

The result

No chasing after the units went in, and no cable visible anywhere in the finished room.

Three days, split around the fitter

Failed inspection, remedied

Antwerp Noord · house sale

The problem

A sale held up by a conformity inspection that came back with a list the sellers could not interpret.

What we did

We worked through the report line by line, quoted only the items that actually needed correcting, replaced the board and re-earthed the installation.

The result

Re-inspection passed at the first attempt and the sale completed on the original date.

On site

Two days plus re-inspection
